International Application Process
Hillside is currently accepting applications for grades 4 through 9.
Thank you for your interest in 韦德1946. We are delighted that you are considering 韦德1946 for your son and we hope you find this process as easy and as accessible as possible.
The first step towards admission consideration is to fill out an 在线 现在查询 form and provide us with some basic information. 请注意, all of the information you enter in the inquiry will pre-populate the application form.
Once you complete the 现在查询 form, your 电子邮件 address (once activated) will give you access to our 家长门户. After completing the inquiry form, a member of our 入学 team will let you know your 电子邮件 is now active and you may now access the 家长门户 to create your password. After creating your password, you can log into the 家长门户 to complete the Application Checklist of items (highlighted below). All of these steps will be completed directly 在线 through the 家长门户.
Application Process
To apply to 韦德1946, please complete all of the steps listed below. Completion of all Application Materials will be submitted electronically through the 家长门户 with your 电子邮件 address and password.
In order for our non-English speaking students to experience the maximum immersion into our English speaking community and American culture, we only offer a 5-day or 7-day boarding program. We do not offer a day student option for non-English speaking students.
All prospective families must complete an Application for 入学, and submit the application fee.

成绩单 A current copy of the applicant’s transcript (for the past two years) should be requested from your son's school and submitted through the 家长门户. |
Math and English Recommendations Recommendations from the applicant’s most recent Math and English teachers are required. Through the 家长门户, you will send the teacher(s) an 电子邮件 directly requesting the recommendations. |
写作样本 Each applicant is required to submit a graded writing sample through the 家长门户. |
父母声明 Parents must provide a statement about their son. Please describe your son's strengths and 挑战 along with your goals for your son while attending Hillside. This information will eventually be shared with your son's academic advisor. |
Standardized Testing Hillside asks all international applicants whose primary language is not English to submit test results for the 托福考试初级. For more information on registration, test dates, and locations, please visit the 托福考试初级 网站. 请注意, we do not require the 托福考试初级 or Standardized Testing for fourth-, 第五,, and sixth-grade applicants. |
Interview and Campus Tours At this time, we are conducting socially distant tours with facemasks required. We invite all prospective students and families to visit our beautiful campus in Marlborough, Massachusetts to meet with one of our admission counselors.
